Who we are

Ninja Fresco LLC ("Ninja Fresco," "we," "us") is a fresh-cut produce operator and the company behind Fresco Flow, the workflow and food-safety software we built to run our own floor. We operate the website at ninjafresco.com and provide the Fresco Flow application. You can reach us any time at contact@ninjafresco.com.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the ninjafresco.com website and, where noted, the Fresco Flow app. If you use Fresco Flow as a customer, your use may also be governed by the agreement in your order, which controls if anything here conflicts with it.

Information you give us

• When you book a demo. We schedule demos through Calendly. You provide your name, email, and anything you choose to tell us about your operation.
• When you email us. We use Zoho Mail. We receive your message and your contact details.
• When you use Fresco Flow. Your account details and the operational records your team enters: prep, labels, and the cooling, wash, temperature, and other food-safety logs the app is built to keep.

Information collected automatically

Our host, Vercel, records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and reliability. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those files. We do not run advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or ad trackers on this site. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.

How we use information

• To respond to you and schedule demos.
• To provide, secure, support, and improve Fresco Flow.
• To send service and account messages you would expect as a user.
• To meet our legal, tax, and food-safety record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your data in Fresco Flow is yours

The records your team enters belong to you. You can export your data, and you can ask us to delete your account data, subject to any retention the law requires. We use your operational data to run the service for you, not to sell or trade it.

Who we share information with

We share information with the service providers that help us run the business, under contract and only as needed to do their job:

• Calendly, for demo scheduling.
• Vercel, for website hosting.
• Zoho, for email.
• Google Fonts, for fonts.
• The cloud infrastructure that runs Fresco Flow, on tenant-isolated, access-controlled systems.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, the public, or us. If the business is ever sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, then delete or anonymize it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, and Fresco Flow runs on tenant-isolated infrastructure with row-level access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your data seriously.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing contact@ninjafresco.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or the EU/UK GDPR. Tell us what you need and we will honor the requests that apply to you.

Children

The website and Fresco Flow are built for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Where we operate

We operate in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be processed in the U.S.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business changes. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
