Why Fresco Flow

"Couldn't we just build this ourselves?"

Fair question. We asked it too, about a couple hundred rushes ago. You could build a board. Building this board is the hard part, and it doesn't come from a spec doc. It comes from running a real produce kitchen and fixing everything that breaks.

Built by operators, not vendors

Fresco Flow runs on the Ninja Fresco floor every single day. We didn't interview kitchens to spec it out. We are the kitchen. Every column, timer, and log is there because we needed it mid-rush, not because it demoed well.

Start from a blank page and you'll build a tidy task board. Then you'll find the hard parts the way we did, one audit at a time: cooling time out of refrigeration, country of origin on every label, food-safety logs that fire on a schedule whether or not anyone remembered. We already paid that tuition. You don't have to.

The audit is the hard part

Opening checklist, cooling logs, cleaning & sanitizing, produce washing, thermometer calibration, display-case photos. Every record your grocery buyer asks for lives on the same board your team is already tapping through. Timestamped, flagged the second it goes overdue, and impossible to lose under a pile of clipboards.

That's not a nice-to-have. It's the thing standing between you and an awkward conversation with your retailer. A clipboard can't do it, and a board built by someone who's never been audited won't know it has to.

One board doing five tools' jobs

Workflow, labels, pack lists, daily logs, plus supplies and pay. All on one tablet, in sync across every location, in real time.

The trick was never any single piece. It's that they talk to each other, so nothing slips through the cracks between five apps that don't. That part does not come together in a weekend.

Live today, not someday

Anyone can mock up a slick demo. Fresco Flow runs a real floor every day: 500+ pineapples, 200+ watermelons, and whatever else the week throws at us, every one cut, cooled, packed, and labeled through the board.

The gap between "I prototyped something" and "this runs my floor and passes the buyer's inspection" is basically the whole job, and we're already on the far side of it. You can watch it run on a live board before you commit to a thing.

Talk to the people who built it.

Tell us about your operation and we'll get back to you quickly. You'll reach an operator who runs this software every day, not a call center, and you'll get a straight answer on whether Fresco Flow fits your floor.
