Who we are
Ninja Fresco LLC ("Ninja Fresco," "we," "us") operates this site and provides Fresco Flow, our produce-kitchen workflow and food-safety software. Contact us at contact@ninjafresco.com.
About this website
The site exists to explain what Fresco Flow does and who builds it. We work to keep it accurate, but we provide it "as is" and may change or update it at any time. The guides on this site are general operator advice drawn from running our own floor. They are not legal, regulatory, or professional advice. Always follow your local health department's requirements and your buyers' audit standards.
The Fresco Flow service
Access to the Fresco Flow application is provided under a separate order or subscription agreement. These website terms do not grant you a license to the software.
Pricing and trials
Prices shown on this site are indicative and may change. The pricing that applies to you is the pricing confirmed in your order. Any free trial or "first month free" offer is subject to confirmation and may be changed or withdrawn. Taxes may apply.
Acceptable use
When you use the site, you agree not to:
- Use it for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms others.
- Attempt to breach security, access accounts that are not yours, or disrupt the service.
- Scrape, copy, or overload the site beyond normal use.
- Post or transmit content that infringes someone else's rights.
Intellectual property
The site, the Fresco Flow software, and the "Ninja Fresco" and "Fresco Flow" names and logos are owned by Ninja Fresco LLC and protected by law. You may not use our names, logos, or content without our written permission.

The site links to third-party services, such as Calendly for scheduling. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
